Refund and Returns Policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, minor variations in size, color, or weave are not considered defects. Custom, discounted, or final-sale items are not eligible for return unless defective.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
